Chattop Terms of Use

I. General Provisions
You are welcome to use the Chattop application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into by and between you ("User" or "you") and Chattop (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our" or "developer") to set out your rights and obligations to use Chattop App and its in-app purchase subscription services. By downloading, installing, registering, logging in, using or otherwise accessing the Chattop App, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use Chattop App and related services.
II. Service Content and License
1. Service Provision: Chattop App provides you with AI-driven dialogue services and other related functions, and the specific service content is subject to the actual service content provided in the App.

2. License Grant: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited personal use right to install and use the Chattop App on your device. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, crack, copy, rent, lend, sell, or otherwise infringe the intellectual property rights of Chattop App.
III. In-app purchase subscription service

2. Subscription benefits: Subscribers can enjoy value-added services including but not limited to ad-free experience, unlocking premium features, and exclusive content access, and the specific benefits are subject to the description on the subscription page in the app.

3. Trial Period and Refund Policy: If a trial period is offered, it will automatically switch to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period, unless you cancel before the end of the trial period. The refund policy follows the refund rules and process of the Apple App Store.

4. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation: Auto-renewal is enabled by default for subscription services. If you need to cancel, you need to manage your subscription in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. When you cancel, you will retain the benefits of the current subscription period until the end of the subscription period.

IV. the user code of conduct
1. Legal compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and shall not use the Chattop App to engage in any illegal, infringement, harassment, fraud, or undermining network security.

2. Content Submission: Any content you submit to the App (such as questions, comments, etc.) must be original or legally authorized, and must not contain illegal, obscene, defamatory, or content that violates the privacy of others.

V. Liability and Disclaimer
1. Service Availability: We strive to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the App, but we are not responsible for service interruptions or delays caused by system maintenance, network failures, force majeure and other factors.

2. User Responsibility: You shall be responsible for your behavior during the use of the Chattop App and subscription services, including but not limited to your interactions with other users, the content you submit, and the losses caused by your violation of this Agreement.

3. Disclaimer: Except as expressly provided by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or legality of content or links provided by third parties and are not responsible for such content.

VI. Modification and Termination of the Agreement
1. Updates to the Agreement: We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time, and the updated Agreement will be notified to you in a prominent position in the App or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2. Termination: Either you or we have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason. After termination, you should stop using the Chattop App and subscription services, and we will no longer have any obligations to you.

VII. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute regarding the interpretation, execution or dispute of this Agreement shall be settled by the parties through friendly negotiation in the first instance. If the negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction at our principal place of business for resolution.

VIII. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Note: This User Agreement complies with and complies with the Apple App Store Developer Agreement and Guidelines, which can be found in the App Store for more information.
